Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Letvy ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Letvy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Letvy is a rental property management application that provides tools for rent payment tracking, expense management, contractor contact management, investment simulation, and related features. The App is designed for individual landlords managing rental properties.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account or use an anonymous account to use the App. Anonymous accounts do not require personal information but are subject to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating a named account.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Letvy offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
5. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier includes:
- Up to 3 properties
- Rent payment tracking for up to 3 properties
- Up to 10 contractor contacts
- Unlimited investment simulator use
- Unlimited local contractor search via Google
6. User Data and Content
- You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- We are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend using the cloud backup feature (Pro) to protect your data.
- You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
7. Disclaimer - Not Professional Advice
Letvy is a record-keeping and calculation tool. The App does not provide tax, legal, financial, or professional investment advice.
- Investment simulation results are mathematical calculations based on the parameters you provide. They do not constitute investment recommendations.
- Investment decisions and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the user.
- We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals (accountants, lawyers, financial advisors) for important financial decisions.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user data), is the intellectual property of Letvy and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on data or calculations provided by the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your country of residence. For users in Japan, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
