1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Herebook」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、教室・クラブ・チームの出欠を記録し、人ごと・月ごとの出席率を出す出欠帳です。名簿と出欠は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 記録の扱いについて

本アプリの出席率や出席表は、あなたが入れた記録から計算した目安です。学校・職場の公式な出席簿、勤怠・給与の記録の代わりにはなりません。名簿に人の名前を入れるときは、教室や団体の決まりと、お住まいの地域の個人情報の決まりに従ってください。

4. データについて

名簿と出欠はあなたの端末の中に保存され、私たちのサーバーには送られません
アンインストールすると、端末の中の名簿と出欠は消えます
大切な記録は、ファイルへのバックアップ(無料)・Google ドライブへの自動バックアップ(Pro 版)で守ってください
端末の故障・紛失などで失われた記録を、私たちが戻すことはできません

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

グループを 3 つ以上持てる(無料版は 2 つ)
月の出席表の PDF・印刷・CSV
Google ドライブへの自動バックアップ

名簿の人数(何人でも)・点呼・理由のメモ・月ごとの出席率・名簿の取り込み・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直すことができます。

価格はアプリ内の購入画面に表示します
返金は Google Play の方針に従います。返金されると Pro 版は使えなくなりますが、記録は残り、見る・直すことはできます
同じ Google アカウントなら、機種変更のあとも「購入を復元」で戻せます

6. 禁止事項

本アプリを分解・改変・再配布すること
本アプリの仕組みを不正に使うこと(購入の確認をすり抜けるなど)
法令や公序良俗に反する使い方

7. 保証と責任の範囲

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。表示や計算に誤りが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 変更と終了

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Herebook" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is an attendance book for classes, clubs and teams. It records attendance and shows rates per person and per month. Rosters and records are stored on your device.

3. About your records

Attendance rates and sheets are calculated from the records you enter. They are not a replacement for an official school register or for time and payroll records at work. When you enter people's names in a roster, please follow the rules of your school or organization and the privacy laws where you live.

4. Your data

Your rosters and records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
Uninstalling the App deletes the rosters and records on your device
Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

More than 2 groups (the free version holds 2)
The monthly sheet as PDF, print and CSV
Automatic backup to Google Drive

Names in a roster (any number), roll call, notes, monthly attendance rates, importing names, backup to a file and themes are free. Even in the free version, you can always view and edit your records.

The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view and edit them
With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that what it shows or calculates is free of errors or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
