1. 概要
Herebook(以下「本アプリ」)は、教室・クラブ・チームの出欠を記録する出欠帳です。名簿と出欠は、お使いの端末の中に保存されます。このポリシーでは、本アプリがデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリにアカウントはなく、私たちは自分のサーバーを運用していません。名簿や出欠の中身が私たちに送られることはありません。
2. 集めないデータ
- 利用者ご本人の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所
- アカウント情報・パスワード(本アプリにアカウントはありません)
- 位置情報
- 広告 ID などの追跡用の識別子
- 連絡先・カレンダー・写真
- 利用状況の統計・クラッシュの報告
3. 端末の中に保存するデータ
次のものを、端末の中の本アプリ専用の保存場所(SQLite のデータベース)に置きます。
- グループ: 名前・予定の曜日といつもの時刻・休止中かどうか
- 名簿: あなたが入れた人の名前・メモ(入れたときだけ)・在籍か休会 / 退会か
- 回: 日付・時刻・回の名前・休みかどうか
- 出欠: 回ごとの出席・欠席・遅刻・届出と、理由のメモ(入れたときだけ)
- このアプリの設定: 出欠の種類の名前・出席率の数え方
- 共通の設定: 言語・テーマ・バックアップの設定
名簿の名前やメモには、生徒・メンバーの情報が入ります。入れる内容はあなたが決め、必要なことだけを入れてください。名簿の情報は端末の外へは、あなたが選んだときだけ(5・6 章のバックアップと書き出し)出ます。
アプリを更新したときは、更新の直前の出欠帳を端末の中に控えとして残します(新しい 3 つまで)。控えも端末の外へは出ません。

点呼・名簿の取り込み・出席率・月の出席表の PDF / CSV は、インターネットなしで使えます。PDF の文字の形(フォント)はアプリに入っていて、ネットから取りません。
5. Google ドライブへのバックアップ
自動バックアップは Pro 版の機能です。あなたが接続すると、データはご自身の Google ドライブの中の、このアプリだけが使える非公開の場所(アプリのデータ フォルダ、appDataFolder)に保存されます。本アプリが使う権限はこの場所の権限(drive.appdata)だけで、ドライブのほかのファイルは読めません。
バックアップは、端末から出る前にパスフレーズから作った鍵で暗号化します(AES-256-GCM)。同じ Google アカウントの別のスマホでもパスフレーズなしで戻せるように、この鍵も同じ非公開の場所に置きます。私たちがあなたのドライブを見ることはできず、パスフレーズも知りません。
6. ファイルの取り込みと書き出し
名簿の CSV の取り込みでは、あなたが選んだファイルだけを読みます。月の出席表の PDF / CSV(Pro 版)とファイルへのバックアップ(無料)は、端末の共有の画面から、あなたが選んだ場所・アプリにだけ渡します。渡した先での扱いは、渡した先のサービスの方針に従います。
7. 外部のサービス
A. Google Play
ダウンロード・更新・Pro 版の支払いに使います。支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちは受け取りません。アプリ内のレビューの依頼にも、Google Play の標準の仕組み(In-App Review)を使います。
B. Google ドライブ
バックアップを使うときだけ、ご自身のアカウントで使います(5 章)。
C. 印刷と共有
印刷・PDF・CSV(Pro 版)は、端末の印刷の画面と共有の画面を開きます。どこへ送るか・どのプリンターで印刷するかは、あなたが選びます。
D. 端末の OS
Android は、端末の設定によって診断データを集めることがあります。私たちはそれを左右できず、受け取ることもありません。

本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・カレンダー・写真・カメラを使いません。
9. お子さま
本アプリは先生・コーチ・世話役が使う道具で、お子さま向けのアプリではありません。名簿にお子さまの名前を入れるときは、教室や団体の決まりに従ってください。私たちはその情報を受け取りません。
10. 保存する期間と削除
- データは、あなたが消すまで端末に残ります
- グループ・名簿の人・回・出欠はアプリの中でいつでも消せます
- Google ドライブのバックアップは、アプリの設定から、または Google ドライブの設定から、ご自身で消せます
11. 安全のために
データは端末の中にあり、Android がアプリごとに守る場所に置かれます。名簿を入れた端末には画面ロックをかけることをおすすめします。
12. あなたの権利
本アプリのデータはすべてあなたの端末とご自身の Google ドライブにあり、あなたがいつでも見る・直す・書き出す・消すことができます。私たちはあなたの名簿や出欠を持っていないため、開示・訂正・削除の請求に応じる対象となるデータはありません。

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Herebook (the "App") is an attendance book for classes, clubs and teams. Your rosters and attendance records are stored on your device. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App has no accounts, and we do not run servers of our own. The contents of your rosters and records are never sent to us.
2. Data we do not collect
- Your own name, email address, phone number or postal address
- Account information or passwords (the App has no accounts)
- Location
- Advertising IDs or other tracking identifiers
- Contacts, calendars or photos
- Usage statistics or crash reports
3. Data on your device
The App stores the following in its own private storage on your device (an SQLite database):
- Groups: name, meeting days and usual time, paused or not
- Rosters: the names you enter, notes (only if you enter them), active or paused / left
- Sessions: date, time, session name, cancelled or not
- Attendance: present, absent, late or excused for each session, with a note (only if you enter one)
- App settings: attendance labels and how rates are counted
- Common settings: language, theme, backup settings
Roster names and notes contain information about your students or members. You decide what to enter; please enter only what you need. Roster information leaves the device only when you choose to (backup and export, sections 5 and 6).
When the App updates, it keeps a copy of your attendance book from just before the update on the device (the latest 3). These copies also stay on the device.
4. When the App uses the internet

Roll call, importing names, attendance rates and the monthly sheet as PDF / CSV all work without the internet. The fonts for PDFs are built into the App and are not downloaded.
5. Google Drive backup
Automatic backup is a Pro feature. When you connect, data is saved in a private area of your own Google Drive that only this App can use (the app data folder, appDataFolder). The App uses only the permission for that area (drive.appdata) and cannot read your other Drive files.
Backups are encrypted with a key made from your passphrase before they leave the device (AES-256-GCM). So that you can restore on another phone with the same Google account without the passphrase, the key is also kept in the same private area. We cannot see your Drive and do not know your passphrase.
6. Importing and exporting files
When you import names from a CSV file, the App reads only the file you choose. The monthly sheet as PDF / CSV (Pro) and backup to a file (free) are handed through your device's share sheet only to the place or app you choose. How they are handled there follows that service's policies.
7. Third-party services
A. Google Play
Used for downloads, updates and payment for Pro. Google handles payment details; we do not receive them. The App also uses Google Play's standard In-App Review to ask for a review.
B. Google Drive
Used with your own account only when you use backup (section 5).
C. Printing and sharing
Print, PDF and CSV (Pro) open your device's print screen and share sheet. You choose where to send them and which printer to use.
D. Your device's operating system
Depending on your device settings, Android may collect diagnostic data. We cannot control it and do not receive it.

The App does not use location, contacts, calendars, photos or the camera.
9. Children
The App is a tool for teachers, coaches and organizers and is not directed at children. If you enter children's names in a roster, please follow the rules of your school or organization. We do not receive that information.
10. Keeping and deleting data
- Data stays on your device until you delete it
- Groups, people, sessions and attendance can be deleted in the App at any time
- Google Drive backups can be deleted by you from the App's settings or from your Google Drive settings
11. Security
Your data is on your device, in storage that Android protects for each app. We recommend a screen lock on any device that holds a roster.
12. Your rights
All of the App's data is on your device and in your own Google Drive, and you can view, edit, export or delete it at any time. Because we do not hold your rosters or records, there is no data of yours with us to disclose, correct or delete.

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the date.
