Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App „Zählerheft“ (die „App“). Mit dem Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen der App stimmen Sie ihnen zu. Wenn Sie nicht zustimmen, nutzen Sie die App bitte nicht. Für die Nutzung ist kein Konto nötig.
Die App speichert Ihre Zählerstände für Strom, Gas, Wasser und Wärme auf Ihrem Gerät, berechnet daraus den Verbrauch und zeigt Diagramme sowie eine Kostenprognose. Am gewählten Ablesetag erinnert sie Sie mit einer Benachrichtigung.
Verbrauch, Kosten, Nachzahlung oder Guthaben sind Schätzungen aus Ihren Ablesungen und den von Ihnen eingetragenen Tarifen. Maßgeblich sind die Abrechnung Ihres Versorgers und der Zählerstand am Zähler. Die App ersetzt keine Abrechnung und keine Meldung an den Versorger.
Erinnerungen kommen über die Benachrichtigungen Ihres Geräts. Je nach Einstellungen, Energiesparmodus oder Betriebssystem können sie später oder gar nicht ankommen. Für Folgen einer nicht angekommenen Erinnerung haften wir nicht.
Ihre Daten liegen auf Ihrem Gerät. Für die Sicherung sind Sie selbst verantwortlich.
Pro ist ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf. Es gibt kein Abo. Pro umfasst:
Ablesungen, Diagramme, Kostenprognose, Erinnerungen, CSV-Export und -Import sowie die Sicherung in eine Datei gibt es auch kostenlos.
Die App zeigt keine Werbung und enthält kein Werbe-SDK, auch nicht in der kostenlosen Version.
Die Rechte an der App und ihrem Design liegen bei uns. Die Daten, die Sie eingeben, gehören Ihnen. Produkt- und Firmennamen sind Marken ihrer jeweiligen Inhaber.
Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Pflichten und begrenzt auf den typischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte, insbesondere als Verbraucher, bleiben unberührt.
Wir können die App ganz oder teilweise ändern oder einstellen und diese Bedingungen anpassen. Wichtige Änderungen kündigen wir mit einem App-Update an.
Es gilt das Recht Japans. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Landes, in dem Sie Ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt haben, bleiben unberührt.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the app "Zählerheft" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. No account is needed.
The App keeps your electricity, gas, water and heat meter readings on your device, calculates your consumption from them and shows charts and a cost forecast. It reminds you with a notification on the reading day you choose.
Consumption, costs and any additional payment or credit are estimates based on your readings and the tariffs you enter. Your supplier's bill and the value on the meter are what count. The App does not replace a bill or a report to your supplier.
Reminders are delivered through your device's notifications. Depending on settings, battery saving or the operating system, they may arrive late or not at all. We are not liable for the consequences of a reminder that did not arrive.
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing it up.
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. There is no subscription. Pro includes:
Readings, charts, the cost forecast, reminders, CSV export and import, and backup to a file are also available for free.
The App shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK, including in the free version.
Rights in the App and its design belong to us. The data you enter belongs to you. Product and company names are trademarks of their owners.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular as a consumer, remain unaffected.
We may change, suspend or end all or part of the App, and revise these Terms. We will announce important changes through an app update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you usually live remain unaffected.
