1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Termbell」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、サブスク・契約・無料体験・会員の更新日と解約の締め切りを記録し、締め切りの前に知らせ、解約文の下書きを作るアプリです。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 法律の助言ではありません・解約は代行しません

本アプリは記録と計算の道具で、法律の助言ではありません。期限は、あなたが入れた日付・最低期間・延長の仕方・予告期間から計算した目安です。契約書と相手の会社の条件が優先します。

本アプリは解約の手続きを代行せず、相手の会社に文を送りません。解約文は下書きで、送ること・相手に届いたかを確かめることは、あなたご自身で行ってください。相手が解約を受け付けること、期限に間に合うこと、特定の結果(費用が減るなど)を約束するものではありません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

契約 10 件までの登録・期限の計算・通知・解約文・解約の記録・費用・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・ファイルにバックアップすることができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、通知が必ず届くこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害(解約の期限を過ぎたことによるものを含みます)について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 変更と終了

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Termbell" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App keeps track of renewal dates and cancellation deadlines for subscriptions, contracts, free trials and memberships, reminds you before a deadline and drafts cancellation letters. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not legal advice, no cancellation service

The App is a tool for recording and calculating. It is not legal advice. Deadlines are estimates calculated from the dates, minimum term, renewal terms and notice period you enter. The terms of your contract and of the company take priority.

The App does not cancel anything for you and does not send anything to the company. A cancellation letter is a draft: sending it and checking that it arrived are up to you. The App does not promise that the company will accept a cancellation, that you will meet a deadline, or any particular result (such as lower costs).

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • More than 10 contracts (the free version holds up to 10)
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive
  • CSV export
  • App lock
  • A home-screen widget

Up to 10 contracts, deadline calculation, reminders, cancellation letters, the cancellation record, costs, backup to a file and themes are free. Even in the free version, you can always view and edit your records and back them up to a file.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view and edit them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that calculations and displays are free of errors, that every reminder arrives, or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App (including those caused by a missed cancellation deadline), except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
