Termbell
Termbell(以下「本アプリ」)は、サブスク・契約・無料体験・会員の更新日と解約の締め切りを記録し、締め切りの前に知らせるアプリです。記録はお使いの端末の中に保存されます。このポリシーでは、本アプリがデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリにアカウントはなく、私たちは自分のサーバーを運用していません。契約の記録が私たちに送られることはありません。本アプリは銀行や契約の相手の会社につながらず、あなたの代わりに解約の手続きをしたり、文を送ったりしません。
次のものを、端末の中の本アプリ専用の保存場所(SQLite のデータベース)に置きます。

契約の記録・期限の計算・通知・解約文・費用・CSV の書き出しは、インターネットなしで使えます。
自動バックアップは Pro 版の機能です。あなたが接続すると、データはご自身の Google ドライブの中の、このアプリだけが使える非公開の場所(アプリのデータ フォルダ、appDataFolder)に保存されます。本アプリが使う権限はこの場所の権限(drive.appdata)だけで、ドライブのほかのファイルは読めません。
バックアップは、端末から出る前にパスフレーズから作った鍵で暗号化します(AES-256-GCM)。同じ Google アカウントの別のスマホでもパスフレーズなしで戻せるように、この鍵も同じ非公開の場所に置きます。私たちがあなたのドライブを見ることはできず、パスフレーズも知りません。
ファイルへのバックアップ(無料)と CSV の書き出し(Pro 版)は、あなたが選んだ場所にだけ保存します。
ダウンロード・更新・Pro 版の支払いに使います。支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちは受け取りません。アプリ内のレビューの依頼にも、Google Play の標準の仕組み(In-App Review)を使います。
バックアップを使うときだけ、ご自身のアカウントで使います(5 章)。
指紋・顔・端末の暗証番号による鍵は、端末の仕組み(Android の生体認証)を使います。指紋や顔の情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。ホーム画面のウィジェット(Pro 版)には、いちばん近い締め切りまでの日数と契約の名前を出します(鍵がオンのときは出しません)。
Android は、端末の設定によって診断データを集めることがあります。私たちはそれを左右できず、受け取ることもありません。

本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・カレンダー・写真・カメラを使いません。
本アプリは 18 歳以上の方を対象としています。どなたの個人情報も集めません。
データは端末の中にあり、Android がアプリごとに守る場所に置かれます。端末に画面ロックをかけることをおすすめします。アプリの鍵をオンにすると、最近使ったアプリの一覧やスクリーンショットに本アプリの画面が映らなくなります。
本アプリのデータはすべてあなたの端末とご自身の Google ドライブにあり、あなたがいつでも見る・直す・書き出す・消すことができます。私たちはあなたの記録を持っていないため、開示・訂正・削除の請求に応じる対象となるデータはありません。
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページで知らせ、最終更新日を改めます。

Termbell (the "App") keeps track of renewal dates and cancellation deadlines for your subscriptions, contracts, free trials and memberships, and reminds you before a deadline. Your records are stored on your device. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App has no accounts, and we do not run servers of our own. Your contract records are never sent to us. The App does not connect to banks or to the companies you have contracts with. It does not cancel anything for you and does not send letters on your behalf.
The App stores the following in its own private storage on your device (an SQLite database):

Contract records, deadline calculation, reminders, cancellation letters, costs and CSV export all work without the internet.
Automatic backup is a Pro feature. When you connect, data is saved in a private area of your own Google Drive that only this App can use (the app data folder, appDataFolder). The App uses only the permission for that area (drive.appdata) and cannot read your other Drive files.
Backups are encrypted with a key made from your passphrase before they leave the device (AES-256-GCM). So that you can restore on another phone with the same Google account without the passphrase, the key is also kept in the same private area. We cannot see your Drive and do not know your passphrase.
Backup to a file (free) and CSV export (Pro) are saved only where you choose.
Used for downloads, updates and payment for Pro. Google handles payment details; we do not receive them. The App also uses Google Play's standard In-App Review to ask for a review.
Used with your own account only when you use backup (section 5).
The fingerprint, face and device-PIN lock uses your device's built-in authentication (Android biometrics). The App never receives fingerprint or face data. The home-screen widget (Pro) shows the days left until your next deadline and the contract name (nothing while the app lock is on).
Depending on your device settings, Android may collect diagnostic data. We cannot control it and do not receive it.

The App does not use location, contacts, calendars, photos or the camera.
The App is intended for people aged 18 and over. It does not collect personal information from anyone.
Your data is on your device, in storage that Android protects for each app. We recommend a screen lock on your device. With the app lock on, the App's screen is hidden from the recent-apps view and screenshots.
All of the App's data is on your device and in your own Google Drive, and you can view, edit, export or delete it at any time. Because we do not hold your records, there is no data of yours with us to disclose, correct or delete.
If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the date.
