1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Profitday" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. No account is needed to use the App.

2. What the App does

The App records your daily profit and loss and your deposits and withdrawals from FX, stocks, reselling and similar activities on your device, and shows them as a monthly calendar, statistics and charts. You can also turn the monthly calendar into an image and hand it to X or other apps.

3. Not investment advice

Figures such as the win rate, the balance curve and the largest drawdown are calculated from the records you enter. For your actual profit and loss, balances and taxes, rely on the statements from your broker. We are not responsible for the results of trades or tax filings based on figures in the App.

4. Your data and backups

Your data is on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups.

• Uninstalling the App deletes the data on your device
• Data that exists only on one device is lost if the device is lost, broken or reset
• Google Drive backups are encrypted with your passphrase. If the key has been deleted in your Drive settings and you forget your passphrase, we cannot restore the backup for you

5. Post images

The image you hand to X or other apps is created by the App on your device. You decide whether to post and what to post, and you are responsible for what you post. Please follow the terms of the service you post to. With the "short" or "color only" options, the image does not show exact amounts.

6. Paid features (Pro)

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Pro includes:

• As many accounts and topics as you need (the free version covers 1)
• Your own photo in the band at the top of the home screen
• Removing the watermark from post images and choosing their colors
• Charts and analysis (balance curve, largest drawdown, monthly results)
• Automatic backup to Google Drive
• Up to 10 photos per record (the free version covers 1)

Records, the calendar, the daily list, monthly, yearly and all-time totals, post images (with watermark), CSV export and import, and backup to a file are free.

• Google Play processes the payment. The purchase belongs to the Google account you bought it with
• After changing phones or reinstalling, tap "Restore purchase" with the same Google account
• If payment is pending, Pro becomes available once the payment completes
• Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your data is kept
• Prices may change. A change only applies to new purchases

7. Advertising

The App shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK, in the free version as well.

8. Prohibited use

• Using the App for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the App, to the extent the law allows this restriction

9. Rights

The rights to the App and its design belong to us. The data you enter belongs to you. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Liability

We work to keep the App running correctly but do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App. Where the law does not allow this limitation, the law applies.

11. Changes

We may change or discontinue all or part of the App and may update these terms. We will announce important changes through an app update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
