Profitday(以下「本アプリ」)は、FX・株・せどりなどの日々の損益を、お使いの端末の中に記録するアプリです。このポリシーでは、本アプリがデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリにアカウントはなく、私たちは自分のサーバーを運用していません。口座・記録・写真が私たちに送られることはありません。
次のものを、ほかのアプリからは読めない本アプリ専用の保存場所に置きます。
写真は長い辺が最大 1600 ピクセルになるよう縮めて保存します。本アプリが受け取るのは、あなたが撮った写真か選んだ写真だけです。ギャラリーを勝手に読むことはありません。

記録・カレンダー・集計・CSV の書き出しと取り込みは、インターネットなしで使えます。
バックアップは任意で、Pro の機能です。オンにすると、データはご自身の Google ドライブの中の、このアプリだけが使える非公開の場所(アプリのデータ フォルダ)に保存されます。本アプリが使う権限はこの場所の権限(drive.appdata)だけで、ドライブのほかのファイルは読めません。
バックアップは、端末から出る前にパスフレーズから作った鍵で暗号化します(AES-256-GCM)。同じ Google アカウントの別のスマホでもパスフレーズなしで戻せるように、この鍵も同じ非公開の場所に置きます。私たちがあなたのドライブを見ることはできず、パスフレーズも知りません。まだドライブにない写真だけを送り、最新の 5 件を残します。
ダウンロード・更新・Pro の支払いに使います。支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちは受け取りません。評価の画面も Google Play の仕組みです。
バックアップを使うときだけ、ご自身のアカウントで使います(5 章)。
「X に投稿」では、月のカレンダーの画像を端末の中で作り、あなたがボタンを押したときだけ X のアプリ(入っていなければ、あなたが選んだアプリ)に渡します。本アプリが X に直接送ることはなく、X の API も使いません。投稿するかどうか、何を書くかは X のアプリの中であなたが決めます。渡したあとの扱いは、そのアプリの規約に従います。
Android は、端末の設定によって診断データを集めることがあります。私たちはそれを左右できず、受け取ることもありません。

写真の撮影と選択は、端末の標準の画面を使います。CSV やバックアップのファイルは、あなたが選んだ場所にだけ保存し、あなたが選んだファイルだけを読みます。通知・位置情報・連絡先の権限は求めません。
本アプリはお子さま向けではなく、どなたの個人情報も集めません。
完全に安全な仕組みはありません。端末をなくしたり盗まれたりしないよう、ご注意ください。
本アプリが保存するデータは、すべてアプリの中で見る・直す・消すことができます。私たちはあなたの個人情報を持っていないので、請求を受けて開示や削除をするものはありません。データ保護の監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。
このポリシーは変わることがあります。大切な変更は、アプリの更新でお知らせします。

Profitday (the "App") keeps a record of your daily profit and loss from FX, stocks, reselling and similar activities on your own device. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App needs no account, and we do not run our own server. Your accounts, records and photos are never sent to us.
The following is stored in the App's private storage, which other apps cannot read:
Photos are saved at up to 1600 pixels on the long side. The App only receives photos you take or choose; it never reads your gallery on its own.

Records, the calendar, statistics and CSV export and import work offline.
Backup is optional and part of Pro. When you turn it on, your data is stored in a private area of your own Google Drive that only this App can use (the app data folder). The App only uses the permission for that area (drive.appdata) and cannot read any other files in your Drive.
Backups are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a key made from your passphrase before they leave your device. So that you can restore on another phone with the same Google account without the passphrase, this key is also kept in that private area. We cannot access your Drive and do not know your passphrase. Only photos that are not yet in your Drive are uploaded, and the latest 5 backups are kept.
For downloads, updates and payment for Pro. Google handles payment details; we never receive them. Rating prompts also use Google Play.
With your own account, only if you use backup (section 5).
"Post to X" creates an image of your monthly calendar on your device and, only when you tap the button, hands it to the X app (or, if X is not installed, to the app you choose). The App never posts to X itself and does not use the X API. You decide in the X app whether to post and what to write. What happens after the hand-off is governed by that app's terms.
Android may collect diagnostic data depending on your device settings. We do not control or receive it.

Taking and choosing photos uses your device's standard screens. CSV and backup files are saved only where you choose, and the App only reads files you pick. The App does not ask for notifications, location or contacts.
The App is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from anyone.
No system is perfectly secure. Please protect your device against loss and theft.
You can see, change and delete everything the App keeps, inside the App. Because we hold none of your personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose or delete on request. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
We may update this policy. We will announce important changes through an app update.
