1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Gradeleaf」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、先生がクラスごとに生徒の点を付け、区分の割合と評価の重みで平均を出すための成績簿です。データは端末の中に保存されます。

3. 計算と記録について

本アプリは先生の手元の記録と計算の道具で、学校の正式な成績の記録や通知表の代わりではありません。点の付け方・合格の線・平均の出し方はあなたが選びます。学校や地域の決まりに合っているかは、あなたがご確認ください。

4. 生徒の情報について

生徒の名前・点・メモは、あなたが入れて管理する情報です。学校や地域に、私物の端末で生徒の情報を扱うための決まりがある場合は、それに従ってください。書き出したファイル(CSV・PDF・バックアップ)の渡し先と保管は、あなたの責任で管理してください。

6. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

生徒と評価(何件でも)・すべての点の付け方・重みつきの平均・CSV の書き出し・ファイルへのバックアップ・アプリの鍵・テーマは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、成績はいつでも見る・直す・書き出すことができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

10. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Gradeleaf" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a gradebook that lets teachers record students' scores by class and work out averages from category shares and assessment weights. Data is stored on your device.

3. About calculations and records

The App is a teacher's own record and calculation tool. It does not replace your school's official grade records or report cards. You choose the grading scale, pass mark and how averages are calculated. Please check that they match the rules of your school or region.

4. About student information

Student names, scores and notes are information you enter and manage. If your school or region has rules for handling student information on a personal device, please follow them. You are responsible for where exported files (CSV, PDF, backups) go and how they are kept.

5. Your data

  • Your data is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the data on your device
  • Protect important data with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover data lost through a broken or lost device

6. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • More than 2 classes (the free version holds 2, copies included)
  • PDF (class gradebook and one page per student) and printing
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive

Students and assessments (any number), every grading scale, weighted averages, CSV export, backup to a file, the app lock and themes are free. Even in the free version, you can always view, edit and export your grades.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your data is kept and you can still view, edit and export it
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

7. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

8. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that its calculations and display are free of errors or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
