Clocktape(以下「本アプリ」)は、時:分を 1 行ずつ足していくテープ型の時間計算機です。テープはお使いの端末の中に保存されます。このポリシーでは、本アプリがデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリにアカウントはなく、私たちは自分のサーバーを運用していません。テープが私たちに送られることはありません。
次のものを、端末の中の本アプリ専用の保存場所(SQLite のデータベース)に置きます。

自動バックアップは Pro 版の機能です。あなたが接続すると、データはご自身の Google ドライブの中の、このアプリだけが使える非公開の場所(アプリのデータ フォルダ、appDataFolder)に保存されます。本アプリが使う権限はこの場所の権限(drive.appdata)だけで、ドライブのほかのファイルは読めません。
バックアップは、端末から出る前にパスフレーズから作った鍵で暗号化します(AES-256-GCM)。同じ Google アカウントの別のスマホでもパスフレーズなしで戻せるように、この鍵も同じ非公開の場所に置きます。私たちがあなたのドライブを見ることはできず、パスフレーズも知りません。最新の 5 件を残します。
ファイルへのバックアップ(無料)は、あなたが選んだ場所にだけ保存し、あなたが選んだファイルだけを読みます。
ダウンロード・更新・Pro 版の支払いに使います。支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちは受け取りません。アプリ内のレビューの依頼にも、Google Play の標準の仕組み(In-App Review)を使います。

上の自動バックアップの部品は通知の権限も含んでいますが、本アプリは通知を出さず、通知の許可も求めません。本アプリは、写真・カメラ・位置情報・連絡先・カレンダーを使いません。
本アプリはお子さま向けではなく、どなたの個人情報も集めません。
完全に安全な仕組みはありません。端末をなくしたり盗まれたりしないよう、ご注意ください。
本アプリが保存するデータは、すべてアプリの中で見る・直す・消すことができます。私たちはあなたの個人情報を持っていないので、請求を受けて開示や削除をするものはありません。データ保護の監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。
このポリシーは変わることがあります。大切な変更は、アプリの更新でお知らせします。

Clocktape (the "App") is a tape-style time calculator that adds up hours and minutes line by line. Your tapes are stored on your own device. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App needs no account, and we do not run our own server. Your tapes are not sent to us.
The following is stored in the App's private storage on your device (a SQLite database):

Automatic backup is part of Pro. When you connect, your data is stored in a private area of your own Google Drive that only this App can use (the app data folder, appDataFolder). The App only uses the permission for that area (drive.appdata) and cannot read any other files in your Drive.
Backups are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with a key made from your passphrase before they leave your device. So that you can restore on another phone with the same Google account without the passphrase, this key is also kept in that private area. We cannot access your Drive and do not know your passphrase. The latest 5 backups are kept.
Backup to a file (free) is saved only where you choose, and the App only reads files you pick.
For downloads, updates and payment for Pro. Google handles payment details; we do not receive them. Requests to rate the App also use Google Play's standard mechanism (In-App Review).
With your own account, only if you use backup (section 5).
Only when you tap the button, the text of a tape is handed to your device's clipboard or to the app you choose. What happens after the hand-off is governed by that app's terms.
Part of Pro. The file is saved where you choose.
Android may collect diagnostic data depending on your device settings. We do not control or receive it.

That backup component also includes the notification permission, but the App does not show notifications and does not ask for notification access. The App does not use photos, the camera, location, contacts or the calendar.
The App is not directed at children and does not collect personal data from anyone.
No system is perfectly secure. Please protect your device against loss and theft.
You can see, change and delete everything the App keeps, inside the App. Because we hold none of your personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose or delete on request. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
We may update this policy. We will announce important changes through an app update.
