1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「ちくっと手帳」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、お子さまの予防接種の記録と予定を残し、公的な予定表にもとづく目安の時期と、予定のお知らせを出す記録帳です。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 医療の助言ではありません

本アプリは記録とお知らせの道具で、医療の助言や診断ではありません。接種してよいか・いつ受けるかの判断はしません。

目安の時期・定期接種の期間・前回からの間隔は、厚生労働省 予防接種情報・JIHS 日本の予防接種スケジュール をもとに作った予定表から計算した目安です。予定表は制度の変更に合わせて更新しますが、反映までに時間がかかることがあります。実際の日程は、かかりつけ医と相談し、お住まいの市区町村の案内に従ってください。本アプリは母子健康手帳の代わりにはなりません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

記録・予定・お知らせ・一覧と期間表・きょうだい(何人でも)・自分で足した接種・色の選択・アプリの鍵・ファイルへのバックアップは、無料で使えます。子どもの人数で料金はかかりません。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・書き出すことができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。予定表・計算・表示・お知らせに誤りや遅れが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Chikutto Techo" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a log for keeping your child's vaccination records and plans. It shows usual timings based on the official schedule and sends reminders about plans. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not medical advice

The App is a tool for records and reminders. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose anything. It does not decide whether or when a vaccine can be given.

Usual timings, routine periods and intervals are estimates calculated from a schedule based on MHLW immunization information and JIHS immunization schedule. The schedule is updated when the rules change, but updates may take time. Decide the actual dates with your doctor and follow the guidance of your city or town. The App is not a substitute for the maternal and child health handbook.

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • Automatic backup to Google Drive
  • PDF export of the vaccination record (for school, daycare or moving)
  • Photos of the maternal and child health handbook pages (encrypted on the device)
  • Questionnaire mode (age in months and weeks, birth weight and past vaccines on one screen)

Records, plans, reminders, the vaccine list and chart, any number of children, your own vaccines, color themes, the app lock and backup to a file are free. There is no charge per child. Even in the free version, you can always view, edit and export your records.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view, edit and export them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the schedule, calculations, displays and reminders are free of errors or delays, or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
