1. 概要
ちくっと手帳(以下「本アプリ」)は、お子さまの予防接種の記録と予定を残す記録帳です。記録はお使いの端末の中に保存されます。このポリシーでは、本アプリがデータをどう扱うかを説明します。
本アプリにアカウントはなく、私たちは記録を受け取るサーバーを運用していません。お子さまの名前・誕生日・接種の記録が私たちに送られることはありません。
2. 集めないデータ
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所
- アカウント情報・パスワード(本アプリにアカウントはありません)
- 位置情報
- 広告 ID などの追跡用の識別子
- 連絡先・カレンダー
- 利用状況の統計・クラッシュの報告
3. 端末の中に保存するデータ
次のものを、端末の中の本アプリ専用の保存場所(SQLite のデータベース)に置きます。
- 子ども: 名前(呼び名でかまいません)・誕生日・性別(任意・HPV が定期接種の対象かを決めるためだけ)・出生体重(任意)・色
- 接種の記録と予定: ワクチン・何回目・日付・予定の時刻・医療機関・ロット番号・製品名・メモ
- 自分で足した接種の名前・一覧に出さないワクチンの選択
- 体重・身長(予診票モードで入れた場合)
- 写真(Pro 版であなたが入れたときだけ): 母子手帳のページの写真。暗号化して、本アプリ専用の保存場所に置きます。ほかのアプリやギャラリーからは見えません
- このアプリの設定: お知らせの時刻と種類・一覧の表示など
- 共通の設定: 言語・テーマ・バックアップの設定
- アプリの鍵の設定: 鍵のかけ方。アプリ専用の暗証番号は、番号そのものではなく、番号から作った値だけを端末の安全な保管場所に置きます
4. インターネットを使う場面

5. Google ドライブへのバックアップ
自動バックアップは Pro 版の機能です。あなたが接続すると、データはご自身の Google ドライブの中の、このアプリだけが使える非公開の場所(アプリのデータ フォルダ、appDataFolder)に保存されます。本アプリが使う権限はこの場所の権限(drive.appdata)だけで、ドライブのほかのファイルは読めません。
バックアップには記録と設定のほか、本アプリに入れた写真も含まれます。バックアップは、端末から出る前にパスフレーズから作った鍵で暗号化します(AES-256-GCM)。同じ Google アカウントの別のスマホでもパスフレーズなしで戻せるように、この鍵も同じ非公開の場所に置きます。私たちがあなたのドライブを見ることはできず、パスフレーズも知りません。
ファイルへのバックアップ(無料)と PDF(Pro 版)は、あなたが選んだ場所・共有先にだけ保存・送信します。
6. 外部のサービス
A. Google Play
ダウンロード・更新・Pro 版の支払いに使います。支払いの情報は Google が扱い、私たちは受け取りません。アプリ内のレビューの依頼にも、Google Play の標準の仕組み(In-App Review)を使います。
B. Google ドライブ
バックアップを使うときだけ、ご自身のアカウントで使います(5 章)。
C. zoranta.app
予定表の新しい版を置いている私たちのウェブサイトです(Cloudflare Pages で配信)。予定表のファイルを読むだけで、お子さまの情報を受け取る仕組みはありません。
D. 端末の機能
指紋・顔・端末の暗証番号による鍵は、端末の仕組み(Android の生体認証)を使います。指紋や顔の情報を本アプリが受け取ることはありません。
E. 端末の OS
Android は、端末の設定によって診断データを集めることがあります。私たちはそれを左右できず、受け取ることもありません。

本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・カレンダー・Health Connect を使いません。
8. 利用者とお子さまの情報
本アプリは、お子さまの保護者(18 歳以上の方)が使うためのアプリです。お子さまご本人が使うことは想定していません。お子さまの情報は保護者の端末の中にだけ置き、私たちは受け取りません。
9. 保存する期間と削除
- データは、あなたが消すまで端末に残ります
- 記録・子ども・写真は、アプリの中でいつでも消せます(子どもを消すと、その子の記録・写真・体重も消えます)
- Google ドライブのバックアップは、アプリの設定から、または Google ドライブの設定から、ご自身で消せます
10. 安全のために
データは端末の中にあり、Android がアプリごとに守る場所に置かれます。写真はさらに暗号化して置きます。端末に画面ロックをかけることをおすすめします。アプリの鍵をオンにすると、最近使ったアプリの一覧やスクリーンショットに本アプリの画面が映らなくなります。
11. あなたの権利
本アプリのデータはすべてあなたの端末とご自身の Google ドライブにあり、あなたがいつでも見る・直す・書き出す・消すことができます。私たちはあなたの記録を持っていないため、開示・訂正・削除の請求に応じる対象となるデータはありません。

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Chikutto Techo (the "App") is a log for keeping your child's vaccination records and plans. Your records are stored on your device. This policy explains how the App handles data.
The App has no accounts, and we do not run servers that receive your records. Your child's name, birthday and vaccination records are never sent to us.
2. Data we do not collect
- Name, email address, phone number, postal address
- Account information or passwords (the App has no accounts)
- Location
- Advertising IDs or other tracking identifiers
- Contacts or calendars
- Usage statistics or crash reports
3. Data on your device
The App stores the following in its own private storage on your device (an SQLite database):
- Children: name (a nickname is fine), birthday, sex (optional, used only to tell whether HPV is a routine vaccine), birth weight (optional), color
- Vaccination records and plans: vaccine, dose number, date, planned time, clinic, lot number, product name, note
- Names of vaccines you added and your choice of vaccines to hide
- Weight and height (if entered in questionnaire mode)
- Photos (only if you add them with Pro): photos of the maternal and child health handbook pages. Photos are encrypted and kept in the App's private storage; other apps and your gallery cannot see them
- App settings: reminder time and types, list display and similar
- Common settings: language, theme, backup settings
- App lock settings: the lock method. For an app PIN, only a value derived from the PIN is kept in the device's secure storage, never the PIN itself
4. When the App uses the internet

Records, plans, reminders, the list and creating a PDF all work without the internet.
5. Google Drive backup
Automatic backup is a Pro feature. When you connect, data is saved in a private area of your own Google Drive that only this App can use (the app data folder, appDataFolder). The App uses only the permission for that area (drive.appdata) and cannot read your other Drive files.
Backups include your records, settings and the photos you added to the App. Backups are encrypted with a key made from your passphrase before they leave the device (AES-256-GCM). So that you can restore on another phone with the same Google account without the passphrase, the key is also kept in the same private area. We cannot see your Drive and do not know your passphrase.
Backup to a file (free) and PDFs (Pro) are saved or sent only where you choose.
6. Third-party services
A. Google Play
Used for downloads, updates and payment for Pro. Google handles payment details; we do not receive them. The App also uses Google Play's standard In-App Review to ask for a review.
B. Google Drive
Used with your own account only when you use backup (section 5).
C. zoranta.app
Our website that hosts new versions of the schedule (served by Cloudflare Pages). The App only reads the schedule file; there is no mechanism for receiving information about your child.
D. Device features
The fingerprint, face and device-PIN lock uses your device's built-in authentication (Android biometrics). The App never receives fingerprint or face data.
E. Your device's operating system
Depending on your device settings, Android may collect diagnostic data. We cannot control it and do not receive it.

The App does not use location, contacts, calendars or Health Connect.
8. Users and children's information
The App is for parents and guardians (aged 18 and over) of children. It is not designed to be used by children themselves. Information about your child stays only on your device; we do not receive it.
9. Keeping and deleting data
- Data stays on your device until you delete it
- Records, children and photos can be deleted in the App at any time (deleting a child also deletes that child's records, photos and measurements)
- Google Drive backups can be deleted by you from the App's settings or from your Google Drive settings
10. Security
Your data is on your device, in storage that Android protects for each app. Photos are also encrypted. We recommend a screen lock on your device. With the app lock on, the App's screen is hidden from the recent-apps view and screenshots.
11. Your rights
All of the App's data is on your device and in your own Google Drive, and you can view, edit, export or delete it at any time. Because we do not hold your records, there is no data of yours with us to disclose, correct or delete.
