1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Weighbloom」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、毎日の体重を記録し、日々の上下をならした値(トレンド)・目標までの区切り・到達の見込みを見せる記録帳です。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 医療の助言ではありません

本アプリは記録と計算の道具で、医療・健康・栄養の助言や診断ではありません。

ならした値・ペース・到達の見込み・BMI は、あなたが入れた記録から計算した目安です。体重の変化や健康について判断するときは、医師などの専門家にご相談ください。特定の結果(体重が減る・増えるなど)を約束するものではありません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

記録・ならした値・グラフ・目標と区切り・成績・体型の写真(始めと今を並べる)・毎朝の知らせ・ウィジェット・鍵・CSV の書き出しと取り込み・ファイルへのバックアップは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・書き出すことができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Weighbloom" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a weight log that records your daily weight and shows the smoothed trend, milestones on the way to your goal, and estimates of when you may reach them. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not medical advice

The App is a tool for recording and calculating. It is not medical, health or nutrition advice, and it does not diagnose anything.

The trend, pace, estimates and BMI are approximations calculated from the records you enter. For decisions about weight changes or your health, please consult a doctor or another professional. The App does not promise any particular result, such as losing or gaining weight.

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file and CSV export (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • Records for several people, such as family members, on one phone (the free version covers one person)
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive
  • Comparing your pace before and after a marked day
  • Body fat and waist records and charts
  • Comparing body photos from any two days, side by side or overlaid
  • A background photo on the home screen

Logging, the trend, charts, goals and milestones, stats, body photos (first and latest side by side), the morning reminder, the widget, the app lock, CSV export and import, and backup to a file are free. Even in the free version, you can always view, edit and export your records.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view, edit and export them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that calculations and displays are free of errors or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
