1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Tickbag」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、使い回せる型紙から旅行ごとのチェックリストを作る、旅行の持ち物リストです。リストは端末の中に保存されます。

3. 持ち物の目安について

見本の型紙や表示は持ち物の目安です。渡航に必要な書類・査証・持ち込みの制限・医薬品の規則などは扱っていません。航空会社・渡航先の当局などの最新の情報をご確認ください。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

項目・カテゴリ(何件でも)・型紙の作成と編集・旅行のチェックとリセット・複製・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、リストはいつでも見る・直す・書き出すことができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。表示に誤りが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。持ち物の忘れなど、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Tickbag" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a packing list for trips: you keep reusable templates and make a checklist from one for each trip. Lists are stored on your device.

3. About packing suggestions

The sample template and anything the App shows are general packing suggestions. The App does not cover travel documents, visas, carry-on restrictions or rules on medicines. Please check the latest information from your airline and the authorities at your destination.

4. Your data

  • Your lists are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the lists on your device
  • Protect important lists with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover lists lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • More than 3 templates and more than 2 trips (the free version holds 3 templates and 2 trips)
  • Print / PDF of a trip's list
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive

Items and categories (any number), creating and editing templates, checking and resetting trips, duplicating, backup to a file and themes are free. Even in the free version, you can always view, edit and export your lists.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your lists are kept and you can still view, edit and export them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that what it shows is free of errors or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, such as a forgotten item, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
