1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Tankleaf」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、水槽ごとの水質の測定を記録してグラフで見せ、水換えや掃除などの予定を知らせ、飼っている生き物を記録するアプリです。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 飼育の助言ではありません

本アプリは記録の道具で、飼育や獣医学の助言ではありません。水質の項目に最初から入っている目安の範囲は一般的な参考値で、あなたが飼っている生き物や水草に合うとは限りません。目安の外の値を知らせる表示は、異常や安全を判断するものではありません。

測定の値は、あなたが試薬・試験紙・測定器で測って入れたものです。値の正しさ、生き物の健康、特定の結果を約束するものではありません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

水槽 1 つでの測定・グラフ・予定・通知・生き物・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマは、無料で使えます。測定の回数に上限はありません。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・ファイルにバックアップすることができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、通知が必ず届くこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害(予定の通知が届かなかったことや、生き物への影響によるものを含みます)について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 変更と終了

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Tankleaf" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App records water tests for each of your tanks and shows them as charts, reminds you of tasks such as water changes and cleaning, and keeps a list of your livestock. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not husbandry advice

The App is a record-keeping tool. It is not husbandry or veterinary advice. The target ranges that come with each test item are general starting points and may not suit your fish or plants. A value marked as outside its target is not a judgement that something is wrong or safe.

Test values are the ones you measure with test kits, strips or meters and enter yourself. The App does not promise that values are correct, that your livestock will stay healthy, or any particular result.

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • More than one tank (the free version holds one)
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive
  • CSV export

Water tests, charts, tasks, reminders, livestock, backup to a file and themes for one tank are free, with no limit on how often you log. Even in the free version, you can always view and edit your records and back them up to a file.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view and edit them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that calculations and displays are free of errors, that every reminder arrives, or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App (including those caused by a reminder that did not arrive or any effect on your livestock), except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
