1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Stampfold」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、旅行の国と入国日・出国日を記録し、国ごとの滞在日数を数えて規則の上限と比べるアプリです。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 法律・税・在留の助言ではありません

本アプリは、あなたが入れた日付から国ごとの滞在日数を数え、各規則(シェンゲン 90/180・1 回の入国の上限・英国の課税年度の日数・米国の Substantial Presence Test・183 日)の上限と比べて表示する道具です。法律・税・在留の助言ではなく、あなたが居住者にあたるか、課税されるか、滞在が認められるかを判定しません。

表示する日数は、あなたが入れた日付から計算した目安です。規則は国籍・ビザの種類・滞在の目的によって異なり、変わることもあります。乗り継ぎや免除の扱いは本アプリが判定しません。旅行・滞在・申告の前に、各国の当局か専門家に確かめてください。入国や滞在が認められること、税の扱いなど、特定の結果を約束するものではありません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

シェンゲン 90/180・1 回の入国の上限・過去と先の旅行の記録(件数は何件でも)・予定の試算・上限の前の知らせ・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマは、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・ファイルにバックアップすることができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、知らせがいつも届くこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害(滞在の上限を超えたこと・税の申告に関するものを含みます)について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 変更と終了

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Stampfold" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App records the countries you visit and the dates you enter and leave, counts your days per country and compares them with rule limits. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not legal, tax or immigration advice

The App counts your days per country from the dates you enter and compares them with each rule (Schengen 90/180, limits per entry, UK tax-year days, the US substantial presence test and 183-day counts). It is not legal, tax or immigration advice, and it does not decide whether you are a resident, whether you are taxed, or whether a stay is allowed.

The day counts are estimates calculated from the dates you enter. Rules differ by nationality, visa type and purpose of stay, and can change. The App does not decide how transit days or exemptions apply. Check with the authorities of each country or an adviser before you travel, stay or file. The App does not promise any particular result, such as being admitted to a country or how you are taxed.

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • UK tax-year days, the US substantial presence test and 183-day counts (and alerts before those limits)
  • Keeping records for two or more people
  • CSV export
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive

Schengen 90/180, limits per entry, past and future trips (any number), the trip planner, alerts before a limit, backup to a file and themes are free. Even in the free version, you can always view and edit your records and back them up to a file.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view and edit them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that calculations and displays are free of errors, that every alert arrives, or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App (including staying beyond a limit or matters related to tax filing), except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
