1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「のんだ帳」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、飲む薬を登録し、飲んだ時刻を記録し、飲む時刻に知らせるアプリです。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 医療の助言ではありません

本アプリは記録のための道具で、医療機器ではありません。飲む量の提案・飲み合わせの判断・診断はしません。頓服の「前回からの時間」は表示だけで、飲んでよいかを判断するものではありません。薬の飲み方は、医師・薬剤師の指示と薬の説明書に従ってください。

通知は飲み忘れを減らす助けで、すべての通知が届くこと・時刻どおりに届くことを約束するものではありません。体調の変化や薬についての心配は、医師・薬剤師に相談してください。

4. データについて

記録はあなたの端末の中に保存され、私たちのサーバーには送られません
アンインストールすると、端末の中の記録は消えます
大切な記録は、ファイルへのバックアップ(無料)・Google ドライブへの自動バックアップ(Pro 版)で守ってください
端末の故障・紛失などで失われた記録を、私たちが戻すことはできません

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

記録する人を足す(家族の分・無料版は 1 人)
Google ドライブへの自動バックアップ
記録の PDF と CSV の書き出し
テーマの色 8 組
アプリの鍵

1 人分の薬の登録(数に上限なし)・記録・通知・頓服・時刻の修正・記録の一覧・ファイルへのバックアップは、無料で使えます。広告は無料版にもありません。

価格はアプリ内の購入画面に表示します
返金は Google Play の方針に従います。返金されると Pro 版は使えなくなりますが、付けた記録は消えず、見る・直すことはできます
同じ Google アカウントなら、機種変更のあとも「購入を復元」で戻せます

6. 禁止事項

本アプリを分解・改変・再配布すること
本アプリの仕組みを不正に使うこと(購入の確認をすり抜けるなど)
法令や公序良俗に反する使い方

7. 保証と責任の範囲

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。表示や記録に誤りが無いこと、通知が必ず届くこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害(飲み忘れ・飲み過ぎによるものを含みます)について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

8. 変更と終了

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Nondacho" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App lets you add the medicines you take, record the time you take them, and reminds you at the time to take them. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not medical advice

The App is a recording tool, not a medical device. It does not suggest doses, check interactions or diagnose. For as-needed medicines, "time since last dose" is shown for reference only and does not tell you whether you may take another dose. Follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions and the package leaflet.

Reminders help you miss fewer doses. We do not promise that every reminder arrives, or arrives exactly on time. If you are worried about your health or your medicines, talk to a doctor or pharmacist.

4. Your data

Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

Adding more people (family members; the free version records one person)
Automatic backup to Google Drive
PDF and CSV export of your records
8 theme colors
App lock

Medicines for one person (any number of medicines), recording, reminders, as-needed doses, editing the time, the record list and backup to a file are free. There are no ads in the free version either.

The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view and edit them
With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that displays and records are free of errors, that every reminder arrives, or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App (including missed or extra doses), except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
