1. この規約について

この規約は、アプリ「Cashfold」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用について定めます。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意できない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、給料を封筒に配り、封筒から使う「袋分け」の家計簿です。記録は端末の中に保存されます。

3. 金融の助言ではありません

本アプリは記録と計算の道具で、金融・投資・税金の助言ではありません。銀行や金融機関につながらず、お金を預かったり動かしたりしません。

給料ごとの配分の目安・残高・レポートは、あなたが入れた記録から計算したものです。実際の口座の残高は、銀行などでご確認ください。特定の結果(お金が貯まるなど)を約束するものではありません。

5. Pro 版(買い切り)

Pro 版は、Google Play で 1 回だけ支払うアプリ内アイテムで、次の機能を使えるようにします。

封筒(何件でも)・給料日の配分・月の締め・取引・分割・今月のレポート・ファイルへのバックアップ・テーマ・アプリの鍵は、無料で使えます。無料のままでも、記録はいつでも見る・直す・書き出すことができます。

本アプリは現状のまま提供します。計算や表示に誤りが無いこと、いつでも使えることを保証するものではありません。本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、私たちに故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

本アプリの内容やこの規約は、予告なく変えることがあります。大切な変更はこのページでお知らせします。

9. 準拠法

この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the app "Cashfold" (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is an envelope budget: you fill envelopes when you get paid and spend from them. Records are stored on your device.

3. Not financial advice

The App is a tool for recording and calculating. It is not financial, investment or tax advice. It does not connect to banks or financial institutions, and it does not hold or move money.

Suggested amounts per paycheck, balances and reports are calculated from the records you enter. Please check your actual account balances with your bank. The App does not promise any particular result, such as saving money.

4. Your data

  • Your records are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers
  • Uninstalling the App deletes the records on your device
  • Protect important records with backup to a file (free) or automatic Google Drive backup (Pro)
  • We cannot recover records lost through a broken or lost device

5. Pro (one-time purchase)

Pro is an in-app item paid once through Google Play. It unlocks:

  • More than one account, such as cash or a credit card (the free version has one)
  • Reports for past months
  • Automatic backup to Google Drive
  • CSV export and import
  • A home-screen widget

Envelopes (any number), payday fill, month close, transactions, splits, this month's report, backup to a file, themes and the app lock are free. Even in the free version, you can always view, edit and export your records.

  • The price is shown on the in-app purchase screen
  • Refunds follow Google Play's policies. After a refund, Pro stops working; your records are kept and you can still view, edit and export them
  • With the same Google account, "Restore purchase" brings Pro back after changing phones

6. Prohibited uses

  • Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the App
  • Misusing the App's mechanisms (for example, bypassing purchase checks)
  • Uses that break the law or public order

7. Warranty and liability

The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee that calculations and displays are free of errors or that the App is always available. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the App or these terms without notice. Important changes will be announced on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
